When are RSVPs due?
RSVPs are due by July 9, 2024. If you do not RSVP before the deadline, you will not be included on the final guest list. This is necessary for us to finalize arrangements with our suppliers. No exceptions can be made. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Can I bring “Plus Ones”?

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate guests who have been formally invited. We kindly ask you not to bring plus ones or anyone not listed on your invitation. Please refer to the names specifically indicated on your invite. Our coordinators will ensure that only those on the guest list are admitted.

Can I bring my children?
We kindly request no children at the wedding unless named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Can I attend virtually?
Yes, you can attend the ceremony virtually through Zoom. Please RSVP for the Zoom details. When entering your information for the Zoom, please include your first and last name if attending individually. For more than one person on screen, please include your last name followed by the number in attendance (e.g., Hernandez - 2 or Dupaya/Hernandez - 2). This will help us with taking attendance.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors, but there will be outdoor activities as well. Please dress accordingly and refer to our dress code for guidance.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes to one hour before the ceremony starts at 4 PM. The doors will close promptly at 4 PM when the ceremony begins. You will be able to re-enter at 5 PM after the ceremony ends.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available. The venue has a shared parking space inside for guests.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
You are welcome to take photos from your seat during the ceremony. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from standing or changing locations to capture images. We have professional photographers and videographers present who are also documenting our special day. Please ensure your phones are silent during the ceremony.
Can I post photos and videos of the event?
Please refrain from posting photos and videos until the day after the event. Please ensure that photos and videos posted reflect well on the occasion. Thank you for helping capture the beauty and dignity of our special day.

What time will the reception start?
The reception will start after the ceremony at 6 PM.
Will there be dancing at the reception?
Yes, there will be a dance floor and music for everyone to enjoy. Our music selection is curated beforehand to ensure that the lyrics and sound align with our values. We understand that our guests come from diverse backgrounds. We kindly ask our guests to honor one another’s preferences regarding singing or dancing.
